Eagle Rare 10 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey in a 70cl bottle, aged for no less than ten years. Each barrel is selected individually, with the aim of a consistent flavour that still shows its own personality.
The nose is complex, with toffee, orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The palate is bold, dry and delicate, with candied almonds and very rich cocoa, and the finish is dry and lingering.
