Eau Claire Distillery – Rupert's Exceptional Canadian Whisky (75cl)

Rupert's Exceptional is a Canadian whisky from Eau Claire Distillery in Turner Valley, Alberta, made with Alberta barley and mountain water as a tribute to the spirit of the Canadian West. It is aged in a combination of oak casks and comes in a 75cl bottle. It is intended as an everyday whisky, for sipping neat or mixing in classic cocktails. The nose is delicately sweet, with candied ginger, honey, butterscotch and toasted oak. On the palate come brown sugar, buttery vanilla and dried fruit, leading to a clean, slightly spicy finish.
