Eddu Gold is a Breton whisky made from 100% wheat by Distillerie des Menhirs in Brittany. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured entirely in French oak barrels, and the wheat gives it a different character from classic barley whiskies.
The nose is soft, with honey, vanilla, ripe apple and light floral notes. The palate is round and supple, with caramel, dried fruit, soft spices and a subtle woody note. The finish is medium to long and warm.
