Eden Mill – St Andrews Bourbon Cask Single Malt Scotch

Eden Mill St Andrews Bourbon Cask is a single malt Scotch from the Eden Mill distillery near St Andrews, on the east coast of Fife. It is matured only in American oak casks that previously held bourbon, which brings forward vanilla, caramel and fresh fruit character. The whisky is unpeated, so there is no smoke influence, and it is made in the Lowland style.
