Eden Mill – The Guard Bridge Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

The Guard Bridge is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Eden Mill, a craft distillery and brewery near St Andrews in Fife. Being a blended malt, it combines single malts from more than one distillery and contains no grain whisky. Eden Mill was founded in 2012 on the site of a historic paper mill at Guard Bridge, on the banks of the River Eden, and the name of this bottling points to that home. It is described as the first distillery and brewery sharing a single site in Scotland since the early 20th century.
