This is Edradour 10 Year Old, a Highland single malt in a 20cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured for ten years with sherry influence.
Edradour stands near Pitlochry, where the whisky is distilled, matured and bottled. The colour is natural, and the whisky is chill-filtered.
The nose is sweet sherry, ripe fruit and vanilla. The palate has a light, rum-like sweetness with toasted almonds, fruit and heather, plus a hint of smoke. The finish leaves heather, vanilla and fruit, with an impression of warm pastry.
