Edradour – 10 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

Edradour 10 Year Old is a Highland single malt from one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, made by hand in small batches. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration. The whisky was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, giving a full-bodied, slightly sherried character with a creamy texture. The nose is described as dried fruits, honey and subtle spice, with marzipan and oak. The palate offers toffee, raisins, nuts and gentle spice, and the finish is warm and rich.
