Edradour – 10 Year Old (40%)

Edradour 10 Year Old is a handmade single malt bottled at 40%. It comes from one of the last traditional farm distilleries still in production. Its production methods have stayed practically unchanged over the last 150 years, and in a year the distillery makes as much whisky as most distilleries produce in a week. The whisky is matured in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, and it is chill-filtered.
