This is a 10 year old Edradour single malt, a distillery bottling at 40% ABV in a small 20cl bottle.
Edradour is made with small copper farm stills, which are credited with its distinctive, old fashioned, rich mouth feel.
The nose offers dried fruits, Oloroso and almonds. On the palate come spicy Christmas cake, sweet golden syrup and a touch of honeyed almonds. The finish is oaky, with soft spices, mellow and warming.
