Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 54.5%)

Elements of Islay Bourbon Cask is a blended malt Scotch whisky made from Islay single malts, aged only in first and second-fill bourbon casks. It is bottled at 54.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The blend draws on a distillery on the north coast of Islay for a fresh, exotic character alongside its fruity and smoky flavours. The colour is bright gold. The nose is intense and smoky, with citrus, vanilla and iodine. The palate is dense, with dried meat, campfire smoke and baked apples, and the long finish brings dark chocolate truffle and gentle spices.
