Elements of Islay Peat Pure (50cl, 45%)

This is Peat Pure from Elements of Islay, a range devoted entirely to the distilleries of Islay. It is a blend of whiskies from several Islay distilleries, bottled at 45% in a 50cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour. The nose is maritime smoke, fresh lemon and caramel. On the palate it is mineral, with sweet orange and white chocolate over steady peat smoke. The finish brings sea breeze and peat.
