Elements of Islay Sherry Cask Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 54.5%)

This is a blended malt Scotch whisky made from Islay single malts, in a 70cl bottle at 54.5% ABV. It is part of a range of three Elements of Islay expressions, alongside Cask Edit and Bourbon Cask. The malts were aged only in first and second-fill sherry casks. The whisky has a deep gold colour and a smoky, lemony character. The nose is rich and velvety, peaty, chocolatey and exotic. The palate is lively and fresh, with dried fruits, dates and laurel. The finish is long and robust, with crème brûlée, cocoa and mint.
