Elements of Islay Sherry Cask is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Islay, in a 70cl bottle at 54.5% ABV. It was matured in first-fill and refill sherry casks, which pair the island's peat smoke with the sweetness of Spanish oak.
It is typically described as having dark chocolate, candied orange and crystallised ginger alongside dried dates, treacle toffee and smouldering embers. The finish is long and warming, with smoky black tea.
