Elements of Islay Sherry Cask (70cl, 54.5%)

Elements of Islay Sherry Cask is a blended malt that combines Islay single malt from the island's south coast with Islay single malt from the north coast. It is bottled at 54.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration and without added colouring. The whisky matured in first-fill and refill sherry butts and hogsheads. The south coast malt brings smoke, dried fruit and dark chocolate, while the north coast malt adds spicy, maritime notes and lemon oil. Candied orange and warming ginger are also part of its character.
