Elginaris is a 15-year-old Glen Elgin from Speyside, released under the Scotch Universe name. It was distilled in February 2011, matured in a virgin oak hogshead and bottled in June 2026 at 52.7% abv in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is vanilla shortbread with grilled peach and pale grapes. On the palate, oats with delicate vanilla lead to pale grapes, honeydew melon and nectarine, rounded off by fine herbal spice. The finish is medium in length, warm and gently spiced, with dry cereals and subtle fruit.
