Elijah Craig Kentucky Straight Rye is the first extra-aged Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Elijah Craig. It is bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The mash bill is 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% barley.
The nose is dark chocolate with spices and a hint of smoke. On the palate there are rich baking spices and honey, backed by a smooth influence of oak, and the finish is long and lingering.
