This is an Elijah Craig bourbon released for the 2025 Ryder Cup, marking the golf tournament's return to the USA, and specifically to New York. Elijah Craig is the official bourbon of the event.
It starts as fully matured Elijah Craig Small Batch, which was then finished for eight weeks in separate casks made of up to 75% toasted sugar maple, New York's state tree, and 25% apple wood. The finished whisky was married and bottled at 47% without added colouring.
The flavours are described as layers of maple syrup, caramel apple and cocoa.
