Elijah Craig Small Batch 1789 is a bourbon bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It replaces the 12 year old in the Elijah Craig range and is now the brand's signature bourbon.
It is made from selected casks of aged bourbon, chosen for rich flavour and a full body. The style is warm spice with subtle smoke. Elijah Craig is described as a pioneer of ageing whiskey in charred barrels.
