Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 47%)

Elijah Craig Small Batch is a Kentucky Bourbon, bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It carries the name of Rev. Elijah Craig, a Bourbon pioneer credited as the first distiller to age whiskey in charred oak barrels. Master Distillers hand-select just the right number of barrels for each batch, a practice that predates the term small batch itself. The aim is a balance of rich flavour and full body. In character it is warm with spice and a subtle smokiness.
