After maturation it is finished in custom-toasted new oak barrels, which are intended to add complexity.
Traditional rye spice sits alongside sweet notes of milk chocolate, toasted oak, caramel and baking spices. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy, and the finish is long and warm.
