Elmer T. Lee 100 Year Tribute is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Buffalo Trace, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It marks what would have been the 100th birthday of Elmer T. Lee, who was Master Distiller there and created Blanton's Single Barrel in 1984.
It uses the same mash bill and age as the standard Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel, but at 100 proof rather than 90. Proceeds benefit the Frankfort VFW Post 4075, where Lee was a longtime member.
The nose is strong vanilla, caramel, light berries, apricot and a gentle floral note. The palate has maple syrup and caramel, then vanilla and florals, and the finish is long and sweet, with oak tannins and burnt sugar.
Tasting Notes

Maple syrup and caramel, then vanilla and floral notes, with a clean, spring-water texture
Long and sweet; light oak, tannins and burnt sugar fading into caramel
