Lee Single Barrel bourbon first appeared in 1986, and it is the first release bottled uncut and unfiltered, with no dilution or chill filtration. Each bottle in the edition comes from its own barrel at natural strength. This one is 134.2 proof (67.1% ABV) and carries no age statement. The release is described as having apricot, almond, vanilla, toasted coconut and honeysuckle on the nose, a rich, chewy palate with a crème brûlée sweetness, and a long finish of toasted oak and baking spice.
