EMILL Stockwerk is a five-year-old single malt from Germany, made at the Scheibel Mühle in the Black Forest. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, chill-filtered and without added colour.
The whisky matures across four floors, in a variety of cask types. It is not smoky.
The nose is fruity and subtle. On the palate the balance supports those fruit notes, and the finish is soft with a lightly sweet note.
