A five-year-old peated single cask single malt from the Hammerschmiede distillery in the Harz region of Germany, in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled from 100 per cent local barley, dried over Lower Saxony peat to as much as 35 ppm.
The whisky matured in a Cream Sherry cask, number 1328, from 2019 until 2024. It was bottled at cask strength, 57.3% ABV, without added colouring and without chill filtration. The bottling runs to 250 bottles.
