Engine Organic Gin is an Italian craft gin made in a London-Dry style, produced by Engine in the Alta Langa and Piemonte regions. It is distilled from organic wheat neutral alcohol with mineral or spring water from the Italian Alps.
The botanicals are organic and entirely Italian, including juniper berries from Tuscany, sage from Alta Langa, Damask rose petals from Piedmont, Sicilian lemon zest and Calabrian licorice root. Vacuum distillation is used to preserve delicate aromas.
The profile is herbaceous and citrus-led, with crisp juniper, sage, lemon zest, rose and licorice. It is aromatic and slightly savoury, suited to sipping or cocktails with herbal, bitter or citrus components.
