A certified organic peated single malt from Ergaster in Picardie, France, bottled at 45% in a 50cl bottle and supplied in a box.
It is made with barley from the Hauts de France and distilled in a Stupfler still. Maturation began in new French oak casks, followed by time in casks that previously held Banyuls, Pineau des Charentes and Cognac.
The peat is light and silky, alongside notes of red fruit, and the finish is notably long.
