Evan Williams Black Label Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 43%)

A Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 86 proof, in a 75cl bottle. It is named after Evan Williams, who opened Kentucky's first commercial distillery on the banks of the Ohio River in 1783. The bourbon is medium amber in colour. It is made a few blocks from the site where Williams built his original distillery. The nose is light, with deep vanilla and mint. On the palate come oak, brown sugar and caramel, followed by a finish of medium to long length.
