Evan Williams Bottled in Bond, also known as White Label, is a bourbon bottled at 100 proof, or 50% ABV. To carry the bottled-in-bond label, a spirit must come from one distillation season and one distiller at a single distillery, and be aged for at least four years under US government supervision.
It is described as bold and full-flavoured, with all the kick expected of a 100 proof bourbon.
