Ezra Brooks Black Label (70cl, 40%)

A four year old Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV (80 proof). The mashbill is high in corn: 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. Ezra Brooks has a long link with Heaven Hill, which supplied the whiskey after the brand passed in the early 1990s to the David Sherman Corporation, later renamed Luxco. Luxco, which still owns the brand, built its own distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Lux Row Distillers began distilling there in January 2018.
