Fable 7 Year Old 2022 Batch Two Blended Malt

Fable 7 Year Old 2022 Batch Two is a blended malt that pairs Islay smoke with malt from the Highlands and Speyside. It is made up of Caol Ila, Blair Athol and Glen Elgin, and can be drunk neat or in a Whisky Sour, where the light smoke comes through. The nose is fresh malt with light smoke, heather honey and vanilla. The palate offers white pepper, elegant smoke, citrus and shortbread. In the finish the smoke turns towards peat, with English liquorice and mocha, closing on creamy malt sweetness.
