A 12 year old single malt from Fettercairn, matured in American oak ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was one of four new Fettercairn expressions launched in August 2018, intended to show the distillery's floral, exotic fruit character.
The nose offers nectarine, white flowers and milk chocolate, with black toffee and light roasted coffee beneath. Tropical fruit and sticky Jamaican ginger cake lead the palate, with a flicker of bitter herbs and vanilla. The finish is orchard fruits and soft spices.
