Filliers – 100% Rye Whisky 5 Years Limited Edition (46.5%)

This is a five-year-old rye whisky made entirely from rye, bottled at 46.5% ABV. It is one of two age statements released under the Filliers name, alongside an eight-year-old. The name marks a change at the family business. After Benoit Filliers, son of the late Jan Filliers, joined, the 100% rye whisky moved from the Sunken Still name to Filliers itself, with a new label and a rectangular bottle. A clear 5 on the neck sets it apart from the older expression. Production is limited to 2000 bottles.
