This is a 10 year old single malt from Filliers, a Belgian distillery with a history going back to 1880. It is the 2019 release, matured in sherry oak casks.
The nose is soft sherry with caramel, dried fruit and warm oak. The palate is full and rounded, with dark chocolate, figs and nuts, and the finish is long and warm.
