Finch German Selection Edition Elli is an eleven year old Swabian Highland single malt, created for the German market. It was made only with regional ingredients and matured in oak casks as a single cask bottling.
The grains include wheat, barley, rye, maize, spelt and emmer. Distilling takes place in a pot still plant developed for Finch whisky.
In the glass it is golden, a colour that recalls ripe grain. It is bottled at 45% without added colour and without chill-filtration.
