Findlater's De Luxe is an 18 year old blended Scotch whisky, distilled, blended and bottled in Scotland by Findlater Mackie Todd & Co Ltd of Leith, Edinburgh. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The nose is sweet, with heather honey, nuts and soft vanilla over a faint smoky background and old wood. The palate is silky and very smooth, with cooked fruit, malted cereal, caramel and milk chocolate, balanced by gentle cinnamon. The finish is long and rounded, ending slightly dry with toasted nuts and a trace of smoke.
