Findlater's Superb Old is a 15 year old Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle by Findlater Mackie Todd & Co Ltd of London, wine and spirit merchants.
The nose is rich and complex, with caramel, walnuts and apricots, and sometimes a light touch of smoke or peat. The palate is soft and rounded, with marzipan, dried fruit, toffee and a base of milk chocolate, while grain and malt give it an oily texture. The finish is medium to long, with lingering warmth, vanilla and sweet oak.
