First Editions Speyburn 2007 is a 16 year old single cask single malt from Speyburn Distillery in Rothes, Speyside. It was bottled by Edition Spirits as part of The First Editions series.
It is bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring.
The nose brings crisp green apple, lemon peel, floral honey, toasted grain and soft vanilla oak. On the palate are yellow pear, sweet barley, vanilla bean, lemon zest and subtle wood spice. The finish is clean and medium in length, with sweet malt, gentle citrus and dry oak.
