Forty Creek Niagara Triple Reserve is a small-batch Canadian whisky from Forty Creek Distillery in Ontario's Niagara region, released in 2025 as a limited edition. It is bottled at a cask strength of 51%. The whisky is matured in three stages: at least three years in oak, further time in once-used bourbon barrels, and a four-month finish in Niagara Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks. The nose is fresh berries and pine over tobacco. On the palate come raisin and prune with a tannic grip, alongside leather and white pepper. The finish is long, with dried fruit, leather, tannin and peppery spice.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
