A 16-year-old single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Four Roses, in a 75cl bottle. It is a Visitor Center private selection from Warehouse RN, released for Father's Day 2024 and signed by Master Distiller Brent Elliott. The recipe is OESV, which pairs the E mashbill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley with the V yeast strain. This bottle comes from barrel 63-6P and is bottled uncut at 68.9% ABV, or 137.8 proof. The back label reads "Raise a Glass to the Man Who Raised You Well." The nose is dried orchard fruit, vanilla and deep oak. The palate has corn sweetness and restrained rye on mature oak, and the finish is long and oak-driven.
