Four Roses Bourbon (70cl, 40%)

Four Roses Bourbon is an American whiskey from Kentucky, in a 70cl bottle at 40% vol. It is made using five different yeasts and two grain mixes. These combine into ten different flavour profiles, each matured separately for five to six years in American white oak casks and then brought together. The nose is sweet, with vanilla, malt, fruit and spice. The palate shows rye, corn, fruit, flowers, spice, a hint of vanilla, roasted nuts and oak. The finish is long, woody and citrusy.
