Four Roses – OBSK Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl, 61%)

Four Roses OBSK is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from the Four Roses distillery in Lawrenceburg, bottled at cask strength, 122 proof or 61% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. OBSK is the name of the recipe: a high-rye mashbill of 60% corn, 35% rye and 5% malted barley, fermented with the K yeast strain. The rye pushes grain spice forward, while the yeast adds caramel richness, and the character is full-bodied and lightly spicy.
