Four Roses – OBSK Single Barrel Bourbon Hotel Covington Pick (75cl, 62.6%)

This is a Four Roses single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, selected by Hotel Covington and bottled at cask strength, 62.6% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. It was made at the Four Roses distillery in Lawrenceburg. It uses the OBSK recipe, one of the distillery's ten combinations of mashbill and yeast. OBSK pairs a high-rye mashbill, which gives grain spice, with the K yeast strain, which adds a full-bodied, spicy character and caramel richness.
