Four Roses Original Yellow Label Bourbon (1L, 40%)

Four Roses Original Yellow Label is a bourbon in a one-litre bottle, bottled at 80 proof. It is aged for at least six years in oak barrels and blended to a consistent, creamy flavour. A high-rye recipe and the distinctive yeast characteristics give it plenty of flavour for a lower strength. Pear and apple sit alongside floral aromas on the nose. The palate brings honey and spice, with sweetness up front, and a short finish that fades to lingering char-roasted flavours.
