Four Roses Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon from the Four Roses distillery, bottled at 50% (100 proof) in a 70cl bottle. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is fruity, spicy and floral, with cocoa, maple syrup and a light note of wood. On the palate it is full-bodied and robust, with ripe plums and cherries and a soft texture.
The finish is smooth, gentle and long.
