Four Roses – Single Barrel Bourbon (70cl, 50%)

Four Roses Single Barrel is a Kentucky bourbon in a 70cl bottle, with each bottling drawn from one individual barrel. It is bottled at 50% ABV, or 100 proof, and the bourbon is aged for seven to nine years. It is made at the Four Roses distillery in Lawrenceburg, which uses two mash bills and five yeast strains to produce ten recipes. The whiskey matures in new, charred American oak barrels. It is described as bold yet elegant, with layers of fruit, spice and wood, and a smooth, balanced finish that lingers.
