Four Roses Single Barrel is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. Each bottle is drawn from one selected barrel, using a single recipe, typically the rye-rich OBSV mashbill.
Four Roses is known for working with several yeast strains and mashbills.
The nose has ripe red fruit, vanilla, honey and a touch of baking spice. On the palate it is smooth and lively, with caramel, cherry, warm rye spice and a hint of oak. The finish is long, gently spiced and slightly sweet.
