Four Roses Small Batch Barrel Strength Limited Edition 2025 is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled at its natural barrel strength of 54.5% and is non-chill filtered.
The bourbon is made by marrying chosen barrels from the distillery's ten bourbon recipes. High-rye mash bills add lively spice, while maturation in new charred American oak brings caramelised sweetness and toasted wood.
The nose offers ripe cherry, caramel and honeyed vanilla with baking spice, toasted oak and orange peel. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, dark fruit and maple alongside cinnamon, clove and rye spice. The finish is long, with cocoa, charred oak and gentle smokiness.
