Four Roses – Small Batch Select (75cl, 52%)

Four Roses Small Batch Select is a bourbon bottled at 52% ABV (104 proof), in a 75cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and is now a permanent part of the Four Roses range. Master Distiller Brent Elliott selected and mingled six of the distillery's ten bourbon recipes, each aged for a minimum of six years. The nose has raspberries, clove and nutmeg. The palate is full of apricot, berries, vanilla and light oak, and the finish carries lingering spearmint with a light touch of cinnamon.
