Four Roses – Super Premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 43%)

Four Roses Super Premium is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle. The brand takes its name from the story of its founder, Paul Jones, Jr., and a Southern belle who answered his proposal by wearing a corsage of four red roses. Four Roses draws on two mash bills, one with 60% corn and the other with 75%, and five proprietary yeast strains, which together give ten distinct bourbon recipes. The water comes from the spring-fed Salt River at Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, and is rich in limestone.
