FRC Platypus 7 y.o. is an Australian rum made with Beenleigh Artisan Distillers. The small-batch rum was distilled from molasses in column and pot stills, aged for five years under the Australian sun in bourbon casks, then finished for two years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
